Instructions for Registering your Account on the Customer Payment Portal

 
These instructions apply to the registration form found on Utility Management Service's Customer Payment Portal Link opens in new tab.
 
  1. On the "Step 1: Account Lookup" page, enter your account number.
  2. Enter the last four digits of your Social Security Number, Tax ID, or 4-Digit Security PIN associated with your account.
  3. Click the "Search" button, which will take you to the "Step 2: Verify Account" page.
  4. If the information shown on Step 2 is accurate, click the button to verify "Yes, this is my account." Otherwise, click the button that says "I don't see my account" which will take you back to Step 1.
  5. On the "Step 3: Create User" page, enter your information as requested, and click "Register."
 
Unfortunately, the primary account holder is the only person who can register an account online. Tenants who would like to make a payment should use the Quickpay Link opens in new tab option.
