Ducor Community Services District serves the town of Ducor in Tulare County, California. It is overseen by an independent Board of Directors.
April 1, 2021: Ducor Community Services District held a hearing to enact water quantity rates on February 21, 2021 at 3 pm. Due to physical distancing requirements, the hearing was held via Zoom. As no protests were presented aginast the proposed new rates, the rates were approved at the hearing. Important: Change to Water Restoration policy
The following policy is now in affect as decided at the September 20, 2016, DCSD Board meeting.

Accounts needing water service to be activated or restored will be processed as follows:
- If UMS is notified before 4:30 PM, water service will be turned on the same day.
- All requests for water received after 4:30 PM will not be turned on until the next business day.
The Service Charge is a Readiness to Serve Charge which is applicable to all metered water service and to which is added the charge for water used, computed at the Quantity Rate below.
